§ 111.161. Applicability.

    Existing Establishments. In the absence of an imminent threat to public health or safety, any food establishment operation which was in existence prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this article shall not be required to make any structural changes in the food establishment or to install or replace any existing equipment used in the establishment as long as the structure or equipment is maintained in good condition.

    B.

    Reactivated Establishments. A reactivated food establishment operation which has not been continually licensed or has not been in operation for twelve consecutive months shall be considered a new food establishment operation and shall comply with the requirements in effect at the time of reactivation.
