§ 111.201. Inspection license—Peddler's license.

No person shall sell or offer for sale on the streets of the City any packaged ice cream, ice cream products, frozen desserts, or novelties, without first obtaining an inspection fee license from the Department of Public Health and a peddler's license from the License Clerk. The inspection license fee shall be as follows:

A.

For vending with boxes on foot, five dollars per unit per calendar year;

B.

For vending on bicycles with boxes or containers, ten dollars per unit per calendar year; and

C.

For vending with motor vehicles or trailers with boxes or containers, fifteen dollars per unit per calendar year. Penalty, see § 111.999.
