§ 111.351. Hours of sale.

(A)

Except as provided in Section (B) of this section, no person licensed under § 111.341 shall sell or offer to sell, in the parks and on or from the street, sidewalks, and alleys of the City anything of value between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.

(B)

No person licensed under § 111.341 shall sell or offer to sell, in the parks and on or from the street, sidewalks, and alleys within the community entertainment district of the City anything of value between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
