§ 111.355. Food itinerant retailers.

A.

Food itinerant retailers cooking on open-flame grills on site must provide fire retardant barriers between cooking device and pedestrians and adjoining property.

B.

No more than one twenty-pound liquid petroleum cylinder may be attached to the vehicle or appliance at any time. No spare liquid petroleum cylinders may be kept within the peddling area as specified in § 111.353. The liquid petroleum cylinder shall be mounted in a well-ventilated compartment attached to the vehicle.

C.

An ABC rated fire extinguisher of a five-pound or greater capacity shall be mounted on the outside of the cart vehicle opposite the burner unit.
