§ 111.367. Display of credentials.

A.

Every holder of registered credentials, when engaged in peddling upon any lot or land of any residence shall, upon the request of any owner or occupant of a residence, present for examination his credentials issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

B.

Every holder of registered and stamped credentials shall prominently display his or her credentials in a conspicuous place upon his or her person at all times while peddling pursuant to this section.

C.

The Licenses and Assessments Clerk shall cause a weatherproof credential of sufficient size and color to be given to each approved applicant herein.
