No fruit, vegetable, meat, fowl, fish, or other food products or other garbage, whether
mixed with rubbish or otherwise, shall be deposited or placed at such places designated
for rubbish, nor shall any explosive substance or solvent or derivative thereof be
deposited anywhere within the city. Penalty, see § 111.999.
