§ 111.496. License revocation and suspension.

The conviction of any licensee under the provisions of this article, any person owning or having an interest in the business, or any employee of a business licensed under this article, for any felony or for any crime involving fraud, theft, receiving, or possessing stolen property or for violation of any provision of this article shall constitute grounds for immediate revocation by the Mayor or his designated representative of the license issued to such business, subject to the provisions of § 110.02.
