§ 111.609. Employees.

It shall be unlawful for any person as principal, clerk, agent, or servant or any partnership, corporation, or other entity who sells any items, effect, paraphernalia, accessory, or thing which is designed or marketed for use with illegal cannabis or drugs, as defined by the Ohio Revised Code, to employ any person on the premises who is under eighteen years of age.
