§ 111.999. Penalty.
Ambulances and Emergency Medical Services
A.
For the first and second violations of §§ 111.008 through 111.009 or §§ 111.013 through 111.016, penalties are provided in § 111.019.
B.
For the third and subsequent violations of §§ 111.008 through 111.009 or §§ 111.013 through 111.016 subject to revocation of the applicable ambulance service license or emergency technician's license.
C.
Any person violating § 111.002(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation of § 111.002(A) or (B) occurs.
Arcades—Billiard and Pool Rooms
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.020 through 111.029 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Auto Wrecking
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.040 through 111.041 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
Aviaries
Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 111.050 through 111.051 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Bail Bonds
Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 111.060 through 111.066 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
Boxing and Wrestling
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.070 through 111.074 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalty, see § 130.99.
Buses
Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 111.080 through 111.085 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Carnivals
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.090 through 111.095 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Community Antenna Television Systems
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.100 through 111.101 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Child Boarding Homes and Bay Nurseries
Whoever violates any provisions of § 111.141 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Door to Door Peddling and Solicitation
Whoever violates $ 111.361 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and whoever violates any other provision of §§ 111.360 through 111.367 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree for a subsequent offense.
Dry Cleaning
A.
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.151 or 111.152 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalty, see § 130.99
B.
Whoever violates any provision of $ 111.153 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
Food Establishment Operations
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.161 through 111.182 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Gasoline Service Stations
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.190 or 111.191 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
Ice Cream Dealers
A.
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.200 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
B.
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.201 or 111.202 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Itinerant Retailers
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.340 through 111.352 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined a mandatory fine of one hundred dollars for a first violation, two hundred dollars for a second violation and five hundred dollars for any subsequent violation. These mandatory fines shall be imposed in addition to any other penalty allowable by law.
Jewelry Auctions
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.210 through 111.220 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Junk Dealers—Junk Yards—Scrap Dealers
A.
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.230 through 111.234 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
B.
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.235 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
C.
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.236 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Landfills and Refuse Dumps
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.240 through 111.245 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Massage Establishments
Every person, except those persons who are specifically exempted by §§ 111.250 through 111.274, whether acting as an individual, owner, employee of the owner, operator, or employee of the operator, or whether acting as a mere helper for the owner, employee or operator, or acting as a participant or worker in any way, who gives massages or conducts a massage establishment without first obtaining a permit and paying a license fee to do so from the City or who violates any of the provisions of §§ 111.250 through 111.274, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Medical Marijuana Entities
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.630 or § 111.631 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Mobile Retail Food Establishments
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.368 through 111.369.3 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined a mandatory fine of one hundred dollars for a first violation, two hundred dollars for a second violation, and five hundred dollars for any subsequent violation. These mandatory fines shall be imposed in addition to any other penalty allowable by law.
Pawnbrokers
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.330 or 111.331 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Petting Zoos
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.620 through 111.625 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Plasma
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.370 through 111.377 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Police and Fire Emergency Alarms
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.390 through 111.396 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
Private Investigators and Agencies
Whoever violates §§ 111.401 through 111.406 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars or more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
Rendering Establishments
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.440 through 111.444 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Residential Social Service Facility
Any person operating a residential social service facility without a license as required by § 111.451 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Roller Skating Rinks
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.460 through 111.463 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Rubbish Haulers
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.470 through 111.478 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
Secondhand Dealers
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.490 through 111.503 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Septic Tank Cleaners, Scavengers and Industrial Waste Cleaners
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.510 through 111.517 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Shooting Galleries
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.530 through 111.533 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Taxicabs
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.540 through 111.555 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Day Labor Pool Temporary Employment Agencies
Whoever violates any provision of § 111.561(A) or 111.564 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Theatrical Exhibitions and Shows
Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.570 through 111.580 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
Tow Trucks
Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 111.590 through 111.596 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and shall, in addition, forfeit his license to operate for the balance of its effective period and shall not be permitted to operate an unlicensed tow truck on the streets and roadways of the City. Enforcement of this section shall be the responsibility of the Police Division.
Items Designed for Use with Illegal Drugs
Whoever violates § 111.608 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Whoever violates §§ 111.605 through 111.607 and §§ 111.609 through 111.611 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
