§ 110.01. Authority of Mayor and License Clerk.

A.

Unless otherwise provided for in this code, applications for licenses and permits shall be made to the Mayor or his designee, who shall have power to authorize the issuance, suspension, and revocation of such licenses and permits.

B.

Upon approval of the application by the Mayor or his designee, the license or permit fee shall be paid to the City License Clerk who shall issue such license or permit to the applicant. All such fees shall be credited to the General Fund unless otherwise provided for in this Code.
