§ 111.009. Penalties.

A.

First Offense. For a first offense in violation of any section in this chapter or any requirements adopted by the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board, the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board may impose a fine of up to five hundred dollars and/or may suspend the ambulance service from doing business in Akron for up to thirty days.

B.

Second Offense. For a second offense in violation of any section of this chapter of this code or any requirements adopted by the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board, the Emergency Services Advisory Board may impose a fine of up to one thousand dollars and/or may suspend the ambulance service from doing business in Akron for up to thirty days.

C.

Third or Subsequent Offense. For a third or subsequent offense in violation of any section of this chapter, the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board may impose a fine of up to one thousand dollars and may suspend the ambulance service from doing business in Akron for a period of up to one year.
