§ 111.070. Boxing and Wrestling Commission

A.

There is created a Boxing and Wrestling Commission to consist of five persons to be appointed by the Mayor and to serve at his pleasure. The Commission shall consist of one member from Council and four residents of the City. A City employee designated by the Mayor shall be an ex officio member of the Commission and serve as its Secretary. The Commission shall appoint from its number a Chairman.

B.

No member of the Commission shall be interested either directly or indirectly in the promotion of any boxing or wrestling exhibition.

C.

No member of the Commission shall receive any salary or fee as a member of such Commission or as one of its officers.
