§ 111.093. Inspection requirements.
No license shall be issued until a certificate of approval has been delivered to the License Clerk from:
A.
The Department of Agriculture stating that each ride has been inspected pursuant to the laws of the state.
B.
The Health Director stating that the premises have been inspected and are in compliance with the health code in regards to sanitary conditions, number of toilets available, and other health regulations.
C.
The Fire Chief stating that the premises have been inspected and are in compliance with the fire code.
D.
A representative of the Police Department stating that the games and apparatuses used for the games were found to be not in violation of the State of Ohio rules governing licensed concessions and games, or in violation of § 134.05.
