§ 113.13. Calibration and testing of tank trucks and metering equipment.

The Weights and Measures Superintendent is authorized to calibrate tank trucks and trailers hauling gasoline or other liquids to determine, by testing, the capacity of every compartment of each vehicle, to seal markers indicating the levels to which the compartments must be filled to contain marked capacities, to test the accuracy of liquid metering equipment used in or for wholesale or retail sales, and to make additional tests or measurements when requested to do so.
