§ 113.16. Small scale or prescription balance license fees.

No person, by or through agents, servants, or employees, shall sell commodities or compounds the weight, ingredient, or mixture of which is determined by use of a small scale or prescription balance without first obtaining a license from the License Clerk for such scale or prescription balance as hereinafter provided:

For small scale or prescription balance use (two thousand five hundred pounds and under), per location:

Each scale or prescription balance

$30 annually
