§ 135.091. Motion for anti-stalking protection order.

Upon the filing of a complaint alleging a violation of § 135.09 of this code, a complainant may file a motion requesting the issuance of an anti-stalking protection order in accordance with Revised Code § 2903.21.3, as may be amended.
