§ 135.161. Motion for temporary protection order.

Upon filing of a complaint alleging a violation of §§ 135.16, 135.03, 135.09, 131.081 of this code that involves a person who was a family or household member at the time of the violation, the complainant may, or if in an emergency the complainant is unable to file, a person who made an arrest for an alleged violation may file a motion requesting a temporary protection order in accordance with Revised Code § 2919.26, as may be amended.
