§ 137.22. Removal of serial numbers.

A.

No person shall receive, possess, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer any pistol from which the manufacturer's serial numbers or letters have been removed.

B.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalty, see § 130.99.
