§ 150.07. Dwellings—Requirements.

No person shall own, operate, occupy, or let to another for occupancy, any dwelling for the purpose of living, sleeping, cooking, or eating therein, which does not comply with all of the applicable requirements of this chapter. Penalty, see § 150.99.
