§ 150.16. Vacating unfit dwellings or premises.

Latest version.

Any dwelling or premises condemned as unfit for human habitation or use, and so designated and placarded by the Housing Inspector, shall be vacated within a reasonable time as ordered by the Housing Inspector. Notice of a condemned dwelling or premises shall be provided to the Certified Building Official. Penalty, see § 150.99.
