§ 150.20. Reoccupation.

Any dwelling or premises which has been condemned and placarded as unfit for human habitation or use shall not again be so used until written approval is secured from, and the placard removed by, the Housing Inspector. The Housing Inspector shall remove the placard and give the written approval whenever the defect from which the condemnation and placarding action resulted has been eliminated. Penalty, see § 150.99.
