§ 150.201. Entering a condemned dwelling.

A.

No person shall enter any dwelling that has been condemned as unfit for human habitation or use, and so designated and placarded by the Housing Inspector, and that has been vacated, except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the specific purpose of repairing the dwelling, or such other lawful purpose or hours as authorized by the Housing Inspector.

B.

Enforcement of this section shall not require a notice and order to comply as a prerequisite.
