§ 151.01. Approval of allotments—Improvements required.

No allotment in the City shall be given final approval by the Planning Commission and Council unless and until the improvements specified in this chapter have been completed by the allotter. However, a performance surety bond, cash, certified check, or negotiable security may be posted in lieu of the completion of such improvements as hereinafter provided. Penalty, see § 151.99.
