§ 151.07. Paving and curbs.

Residential streets shall be provided with pavements and curbing at least equal to those shown on City Highway Division Construction Standards A-5426 or A-5428 or the latest revisions thereof. The widths of pavements shall be in accordance with the recommendations of the City Highway Engineer. Penalty, see § 151.99.
