§ 151.13. Allotment and street dedication investigation and service fees.

A nonrefundable fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars shall be prepaid to the City to assist in offsetting the cost of investigation, research, and advertising incident to each request for an approval of an allotment or street dedication plat.
