§ 151.99. Penalty.

A.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.

B.

The application of the penalty provided in subsection A of this section shall not preclude the enforced removal of prohibited conditions, nor the enforcement of any other equitable remedy.
