§ 152.03. Use of trailers as permanent dwellings.

  • Automobile trailers shall not be used as a permanent place of abode or as a permanent dwelling, except that any trailer properly connected with the City or approved water supply and sanitary sewerage systems and constructed and located in compliance with all requirements of the building, plumbing, sanitary, health, zoning, and electrical ordinances of the City and not inhabited by a greater number of occupants than that for which beds are provided, may be permitted on premises under permits properly secured as provided for in such building, plumbing, electrical, sanitary, health, and zoning ordinances and in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
