§ 152.08. Right conveyed by licenses.

Licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall convey only rights to use the property for a trailer park and shall convey no right to erect any building or to do any plumbing, heating, or electrical work. Licenses for such work must be obtained separately as required by law. Penalty, see § 152.99.
