§ 152.09. License revocation and suspension.

The Board of Investigators is authorized to revoke any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter if, after due investigation, it determines that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or the provisions required incident to such license, or that any trailer park is being maintained in an unsanitary or unsafe manner.
