§ 152.10. Appeals to the Board—Decisions.

    Any person aggrieved by any order of the Board of Investigators may file a written request with its Secretary for a hearing before the Board within ten days after issuance of such order. The Board shall post for three days on the bulletin board of Council a notice of a public hearing on such written request. Such hearing is to be held not less than five days after the notice has been posted for the three days. Service of notice on the person requesting the hearing shall also be made by ordinary mail at the same time as the posting of the notice. The Board may also give notice of the hearing to other persons directly interested in the order in question. At such hearing, the Board shall determine whether the granting, denial, renewal, or revocation of the license was in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and other City ordinances, and shall issue written findings of fact and a confirming or rescinding order. These findings of fact and the order shall be filed with the Secretary of the Board.

    B.

    Any order either granting, denying, renewing, or revoking any license under the provisions of this chapter may be appealed to the Common Pleas Court within ten days after the order is issued.
