§ 152.17. Waste, trash, and garbage disposal.

A.

Sewage Disposal. All trailer park sewage must enter the City sewerage system or other approved sewage disposal system.

B.

Garbage Receptacles Required. Every trailer shall be provided with a substantial flytight metal garbage depository from which the contents shall be removed by City garbage collection service.

C.

Trash Disposal. Facilities acceptable to the Director of Health shall be provided for storage and disposal of cans, bottles, newspapers, and other trash. Penalty, see § 152.99.
