§ 152.20. Duties of attendant and licensee.

  • It is made the duty of the attendant or person in charge, together with the licensee of every trailer park to:

    A.

    Keep at all times a register of all residents, which register shall be open at all times to inspection by state, federal, and City officers and shall show the following information for all residents or occupants:

    1.

    Their names and permanent addresses;

    2.

    Their places of employment, if employed;

    3.

    The dates of entrance and departure with the trailer;

    4.

    The state and license number of all trailers;

    5.

    The state and license number of the trailer, towing truck, or automobile; and

    6.

    The place of previous location of the trailer and the length of stay there.

    B.

    Maintain the park in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition at all times.

    C.

    See that the provisions of this chapter are complied with and report promptly to the proper authorities any violations of law which the operator cannot control.

    D.

    Report to the Director of Health all cases of persons or animals affected or suspected of being affected with any communicable disease.

    E.

    Prevent the running loose of dogs, cats, or other animals or pets.

    F.

    Maintain in convenient places such fire-fighting equipment as is approved and required by the Board of Investigators or the City Fire Prevention Officer; and

    G.

    Prohibit the lighting of open fires on the premises. Penalty, see § 152.99.
