§ 152.21. Increase in number of units—Additional charge.

Latest version.
  • No operator, owner, or person in charge of a trailer park may increase or decrease the number of trailer units for a period of six months after issuance of the license. Thereafter, with the consent of the Board of Investigators, the owner, operator, or person in charge of the trailer park may submit a plan in conformity with this chapter, setting forth and designating a revision of the number of trailers that can be accommodated on the premises. Should there be any change by increasing the number of trailers, then the increased number of lots on the premises shall be charged for at the rate of two dollars per lot per month, it being the intent and purpose of this section to keep the number of trailer lots constant for more effective control of the trailer parks. However, any decrease in the number of lots must have Board approval. Any increase must have the approval of the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Board of Investigators. Penalty, see § 152.99.
