§ 153.510. Planning Commission approval of plans required.

Architectural and site plans for the construction of improvements on the land shall be submitted to the City Planning Commission by redevelopers, prior to commencement of construction or issuance of a building permit, for review and approval so that the City may determine compliance of such plans with the Urban Renewal Plan.
