The districts are as shown on the zoning map which accompanies original Ordinance
322-1976, passed April 13, 1976, which is on file with the Clerk of Council, which
map is declared to be a part of this Zoning Code. The use, height, and area districts
designated on the zoning map are established. The Zoning Map designations, the designations
as applied and the zoning map designation rules and notations which accompany the
zoning map are declared to be a part of this Zoning Code. No building or structure
shall be erected, and no building, structure, or premises shall be used, except in
conformity with the regulations and provisions prescribed in this Zoning Code for
the use, height, and area districts in which such building, structure, or premises
is located. No use, conditional or otherwise, shall be established except in conformity
with the provisions prescribed in this Zoning Code for such a use. Penalty, see § 153.199.
