§ 153.225. Classification of uses.

  • For the purpose of this Zoning Code, all uses of structures, buildings, and premises are divided into flood plain, residence, business, sexually oriented business, industry, and planned development uses, and into classes and subdivisions as set forth in this Zoning Code and in the following:

    A. Flood Plain District:

    Class UFP Uses, Agricultural, Recreational, Conservation of Resources.

    B. Residence Districts: ;b2;Class U1 Uses, Dwelling.

    Class U2 Uses, Apartment House.

    Class UD Uses, University.

    Class UHD Uses, Institutional.

    C. Business Districts:

    Class ULB Uses, Limited.

    Class UG Uses, Government.

    Class U3 Uses, Retail.

    Class U4 Uses, Commercial.

    Class UB Uses, Biomedical.

    D. Sexually Oriented Business Uses.

    E. Industry Districts:

    Class U5 Uses, Ordinary.

    Class U6 Uses, Heavy.

    F. Planned Development District:

    Class UPD Uses, Planned Development.
