§ 190.103. Buildings affected—Right-of-way.

This building code shall apply to all buildings and structures except structures within the street rights-of-way which are not appurtenant to non-right-of-way structures. Structures such as skywalks, awnings, vaults, signs and marquees are considered appurtenant to the primary structure.
