§ 190.303. Rules and procedure.

A.

Rules. The Superintendent may adopt rules of procedure not inconsistent with this building code.

B.

Decisions. The Superintendent shall render a decision on an appeal within sixty days after the notice required in § 190.304 of this building code has been filed.

C.

Notice of Decision. Notice of the Superintendent's final decision shall be sent by regular mail to the applicant or appellant of each matter considered by the Superintendent, and the applicant's or appellant's attorney of record, if any. The notice shall reference the applicant's or appellant's right to perfect an appeal within thirty days pursuant to R.C. Chapters 2505 and 2506.
