Beginning at the intersection of the North Corporation Line and the centerline of North Portage Path;

Thence southerly along the centerline of North Portage Path to the intersection of the centerline of North Portage Path and Merriman Road;

Thence southerly along the centerline of Merriman Road to the centerline of the intersection of Merriman Road and Memorial Parkway;

Thence westerly along the centerline of Memorial Parkway to the intersection of the centerline of North Portage Path;

Thence southerly along the centerline of North Portage Path to the intersection of the centerline of Twin Oaks Road;

Thence westerly along the centerline of Twin Oaks Road to the intersection of the centerline of West Market Street;

Thence southeasterly along the centerline of West Market Street to the intersection of the centerline of Orchard Road;

Thence southwesterly along the centerline of Orchard Road to the intersection of the centerline of Mull Avenue;

Thence westerly along the centerline of Mull Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of West Exchange Street;

Thence northwesterly along the centerline of West Exchange Street to the intersection of the centerline of South Hawkins Avenue;

Thence northerly along the centerline of North Hawkins Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of West Market Street;

Thence northwesterly along the centerline of West Market Street to the intersection of the centerline of the railroad right-of-way located within parcel number 6752673;

Thence southwesterly along the centerline of the railroad right-of-way to the West Corporation Line;

Thence westerly, northerly, southerly and easterly along the Corporation Line to the place of beginning;

Excepting therefrom certain geographical areas within said ward boundaries not under the jurisdiction of the City of Akron; more fully portrayed on the Ward Boundary Map.
