§ 37.37. Pooled collateral security.

With the written approval of the Depository Commission, a depository bank in lieu of pledging collateral securities in accordance with § 37.35 hereof may provide collateral for public money deposited pursuant to this chapter through a single pool of collateral securities pledged for deposits of all public money of the city, the state, and other subdivisions held by the depository bank, in accordance with and pursuant to R.C. § 135.181 and any amendments thereto.
