§ 50.03. Connection permits—Fee.

Latest version.

No connection with any main or branch sewer shall be made except at a regular connection or junction built in the sewer, unless under a special permit therefor from the Director of Public Service, and no connection or repair whatever shall be made except under a permit issued by the Director. For such permits the following charges shall be made:

New Construction	Permit Fee
One- and two-family dwellings	$125
All others	300
Repairs
One- and two-family dwellings	50
All others	150
Reinspection
All uses	50

Such charges shall not be made in any case to persons whose property has been assessed according to law for the construction of the sewer to be tapped. Penalty, see § 50.99.
