§ 50.05. Payment of pro rata share of cost of private sewers.

When any person makes application to connect with any sewer that has been constructed under private supervision, at the cost of abutting property owners, no permit shall be issued until the person making application therefor has paid, or guaranteed the payment of, his just share of the cost and expense of the construction of such sewer.
