§ 50.24. Charges exclusive of city water.

  • In the event a lot, parcel of land, building, or premises discharging sanitary sewage, industrial waste, water, or other liquids into the City's sanitary sewerage system, either directly or indirectly, obtains part or all of the water used from sources other than the Division of Water, which is not measured by a water meter or is measured by a water meter not acceptable to the Director of Public Service, then, in each such case, the owner or other interested party shall, at his expense, install and maintain water meters, satisfactory to the Director, on all supplies other than city water, and the quantity of water used to determine the sewerage charge shall be the sum of the quantities of water measured by all meters.
