§ 50.32. Sewer agreements with other cities.
The Director of Public Service, subject to the approval of Council, is authorized to enter into agreements with the county, and with cities and villages and with corporations, individuals, and other legal entities whose premises are located without the corporate limits of the city, and who desire to discharge sewage, industrial wastes, water, or other liquids into the City's sewerage system, which agreements shall fix the terms and conditions under which such sewage, industrial wastes, water, or other liquids may be discharged into such sewerage system and provided that the terms and conditions of such agreements are in accordance with the sewer service and other charges and surcharges stated in this article now existing and as may be amended and in accordance with existing United States Environmental Protection Agency regulations and as may be amended, and in accordance with other applicable laws. All funds received in connection with such agreements shall be deposited and expended in conformity to § 50.31.
