§ 52.99. Penalty.

A.

Unless otherwise provided, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

B.

Any person in violation of any provision of Chapter 52 which results in special pickup services by the City will be charged an administrative fee in addition to the actual labor and equipment costs for those services.

C.

Arrest or conviction for a violation of Section 52.11 does not constitute a criminal record and need not be reported by the person so arrested or convicted in response to any inquiries about the person's criminal record including any inquiries contained in any application for employment, license, or other right or privilege, or made in connection with the person's appearance as a witness.
