§ 74.09. Focus and aim of headlights.

No person shall use any lights mentioned in this chapter on any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer unless these lights are equipped, mounted, and adjusted as to focus and aim in accordance with regulations which are prescribed by the Ohio Director of Highway Safety.
