§ 75.32. Sales—Notice to buyers.

No person shall sell any motorcycle, golf cart, snowmobile, or all-purpose vehicle unless the following notice is given to the buyer at the time of the sale and unless the seller requires the buyer to sign a copy of such notice which shall be retained by the seller and displayed to any authorized officer or employee of the City on request:

NOTICE TO BUYER

 Under the ordinances of the City of Akron, Ohio, motorcycles, golf carts, snowmobiles, and all-purpose vehicles may not be operated or used on the sidewalks or other public grounds of the City of Akron, except for designated areas, nor may such vehicles be used or operated on the streets, alleys or highways of the City of Akron unless they are equipped and operated in the manner required by the ordinances of the City of Akron and the laws of the State of Ohio, particularly the provisions of Title 45 of the Ohio Revised Code and Title Seven of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Akron.
