§ 76.211. Deliveries and loading zones.

A.

For the purposes of this section only, the following definitions shall apply:

"Delivery vehicle" means any vehicle used for the main or exclusive purpose of commercial delivery, and which displays a commercial license plate issued by the state.

"Loading zone" means any area designated and posted for loading and unloading.

B.

No vehicle except a delivery vehicle shall park in a loading zone.

C.

Delivery vehicles shall park in loading zones only during posted hours, and shall remain parked no longer than fifteen minutes.
