§ 78.02. Application to Council.

Any railroad company desiring to cross any street or public place within the City shall make an application in writing to Council, particularly describing the crossing and the part of the street or public place intended to be crossed. Council may then, by ordinance, grant the right to such company. The ordinance may contain additional restrictions and impose such further obligations in each particular case as Council deems expedient.
