§ 78.07. Recrossing streets.

  • A.

    No person, being a conductor, engineer, or other person in charge of a locomotive or train of cars, shall cause or permit a locomotive or train of cars which has crossed a street at a grade crossing, to recross such grade crossing until all persons detained by the locomotive or train have had sufficient time to cross the tracks at the grade crossing.

    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalty, see § 78.99.
